The Hard Thing
Sometimes abiding with Jesus means choosing the hard, obedient thing (Luke 9:23). Choose to do something (that is otherwise hard for you) just for the sake of obedience to Christ today.
Stay Dependent
“Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.” — 1 Peter 5:7. Ask Jesus: “What burden am I carrying today that I need to hand back to You?” Name it, release it, and rest.
Growing to be more like Jesus
Discipleship is all about personal change and growth. Identify one specific area where you need to grow in Christlikeness today. Throughout the day, ask the Spirit to shape you in that area-and look for simple ways to put it into practice.
Living in His Grace
Living in His Grace. You are saved by grace through faith; it's not your own doing (Eph. 2:8-9). Breathe in God's grace and forgiveness, accepting it into every capillary of your soul. Now exhale gratitude, and love for the God of Mercy. Repeat as needed until you believe it!
His Home In You
To abide in Jesus means: Make your home in him, and he will make his home in you by the Spirit. Pause and breathe: The Spirit of Jesus lives in you right now.
Let that truth reshape how you enter the day.
Stay Close
Take 2 quiet minutes right now. Breathe deeply and say: “Jesus, You are with me.” Let his presence steady you today.
