Why another church?
Maury County is full of churches—do we really need another one? The answer is yes, and here’s why.
Maury County is home—and the mission field is growing.
Maury County is growing fast—faster than churches can keep up. Our county is filled with many strong and historic churches doing great work in the name of Jesus. Yet thousands of people remain disconnected, dechurched, or hurt by past experiences. As more people relocate to Maury County from a wide range of backgrounds, new neighbors are arriving every day, often longing for community.
If you are new to our county, we want to make it natural and welcoming for you to find a church home.
County Population: 43%+ growth since 2010
Statistics: New people to an area are more likely to attend a new church. Lifeway Research study of 843 church plants found that that 42% of attendees in church plants are previously unchurched.
Need: Even if every church building (regardless of denomination) in the county were filled to capacity, two-thirds of residents would still have no place to worship.
New churches reach people that legacy churches often miss.
A new church—intentionally designed for mission rather than tradition—creates pathways for people who would never walk into an existing church.
The startup culture of a church plant automatically has an evangelistic posture as people are more thirsty and eager to reach new people.
We are committed to being a Restoration Movement-shaped church that is biblical, relational, and disciple-making from its earliest moments.
